Depending on your need, you may need only one or you may need a mid size or large team.
Our principals assemble the team for your project depending on its, scope, time line (Critical Path Chart, Gantt Chart or PERT Chart), budget, skills and experience requirements. It is formalized in our Proposal to you.
Our Principals discuss the Proposal with you to establish reporting relationships and make amenments as neccessary.
